There are many "extra" things we do. We have written elsewhere about the high quality sizing that we use that adds so many benefits to the cleaning, yet regular drycleaning removes these benefits. We put each suit on a "shoulder saver". You might ask why. Look at the picture on the left, see how the jacket droops on the hanger... and see how the whole shoulder top of the jacket is "pointy", then look at the picture on the right, where a "shoulder saver was used...
