Here is a picture of how we looked in the early 1960's, at 21 S Broadway. The building was the Bearss Hotel, and in 1968 it was remodelled and then called Peru Motor Lodge. It was sold in late summer 1979 and the new owner decided to tear down the building. Today it is the site of the Peru City Hall.
